This recommended plan is a slightly luxurious one that showcases the chef's skills, featuring a five-item sashimi platter including Uokichi's proud live whelk sashimi, as well as seared Shiraoi beef and salt-grilled young sweetfish, a rarity in Hokkaido! We also highly recommend the option to add eight types of local Hokkaido sake for an extra 500 yen!!
